Comprehensive care for all your oral surgery needs.
Our services
Dental Implants
Dental implants consist of biocompatible titanium posts designed to function as synthetic tooth roots. A typical approach is guided by hand. However, our surgical approach uses a guided-method, which ensures accuracy and longevity for your implant.
Bone Grafting
Bone grafting is utilized to optimize the volume and density of the alveolar ridge, ensuring a stable foundation for dental implants. By restoring proper bone architecture, we can ensure the long-term success of your implant therapy and the overall functional health of your smile
Wisdom Tooth Extractions
Wisdom teeth, or third molars, are the final teeth to erupt, typically around age 18. Most patients do not have enough space, and 9 out of 10 will need at least 1 extraction. We discuss specific indications for removal, as well as a long-acting numbing medication for your comfort.
Sedation
As specialists in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, we are experts in the full spectrum of pain and anxiety control. Our team is extensively trained in ambulatory anesthesia and advanced airway management, allowing us to provide hospital-grade safety and effective sedation—from conscious sedation to general anesthesia—directly in our office.
TMJ
The Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) is the joint that connects your jawbone to your skull. Our training includes the diagnosis and surgical/non-surgical management of TMJ disorders. This allows the patient to regain normal function while eliminating pain.
Orthognathic Surgery
Orthognathic surgery is performed to correct abnormalities of the jaws and facial bones. Patient’s with these abnormalities usually present with problems with speech, chewing food, and the esthetic appearance of the face. Surgical treatment is usually conducted in combination with Orthodontics.
Facial Trauma
Surgical treatment of facial trauma is critical to re-establishing esthetics and function. We take trauma call at Providence St. Johns, and repair complex fractures and soft-tissue injuries of the head and neck.
Gum Grafting
Gum grafting involves the precise placement of tissue or graft to augment areas of recession. This procedure not only enhances smile esthetics but also provides a critical barrier against tooth sensitivity and the progression of periodontal disease.
All-on-X Dental Implants
We individualize your treatment of the traditional All-on-4® surgery. The All-on-X procedure provides a durable, full-arch restoration on the day of surgery, offering a cost-effective and permanent alternative to traditional dentures.
Nerve Repair
Damage to the trigeminal nerve can lead to numbness or pain. Having trained under the internationally recognized expert in trigeminal nerve repair, Dr. Michael Miloro, we are pleased to be able to offer comprehensive evaluations and treatment using the latest materials and grafts.
